General Conditions

1. ShipGAGA is a shipping broker. ShipGAGA is not providing shipping services. We provide you with access to shipping rates and labels of major shipping companies. These rates are much more favorable than retail, which is why you get wholesale pricing. When you purchase a shipping label through ShipGAGA you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the shipping service and carrier you chose.

2. We provide no warranty or guarantees whatsoever, especially but not exclusively with regards to the accuracy or correctness of services displayed on our website, but ultimately provided by 3rd party shipping companies (carriers).

3. You are responsible for the correctness and validity of the data you enter on our website. In case of incorrect data entry you might be charged a penalty fee on your credit card. For example, if a shipping company determines that your package dimensions are larger than you entered, or the package is heavier than entered, we will be charged a fee by the shipping company. We will charge these costs to your credit card, plus a processing fee.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are generally not able to issue refunds. However, if you find an error in a shipping label you purchased, and the package has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best and attempt to cancel the shipment with the shipping company and issue you a refund. Please understand that this is not always possible and depends on individual circumstances.
